TRAINER

Meet Dr. Becca Patterson

Dr. Becca Patterson grew up in Grapevine, Texas, just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In September 2026, she made the move to North Carolina, bringing with her a passion for helping others improve their health through movement, strength, and a better understanding of their bodies. Her interest in health and wellness began with her own journey of learning to advocate for herself and take a more active role in her well-being. Strength training became a turning point, transforming how she viewed movement and what her body was capable of achieving. The confidence she developed extended well beyond the gym and inspired her to help other women feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their own bodies.

That passion led Dr. Becca to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and earn her nutrition coaching certification through the Nutrition Coaching Institute. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Master’s in Functional Nutrition from Parker University in Dallas. During chiropractic school, she also served as a representative for the Motion Palpation Institute, helping fellow students build confidence in assessing movement and performing safe, effective chiropractic adjustments.

Today, Dr. Becca enjoys working with active adults and athletes, with a particular interest in women’s health, hormonal health, and functional nutrition. Her approach integrates Motion Palpation, the McKenzie Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and neurodynamics alongside movement, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies. She believes that lasting improvements in health and physical function come from understanding how the body works as a whole, rather than simply addressing individual areas of discomfort. Her goal is to help patients better understand their bodies, improve their movement, and take an active role in their long-term health.

Above all, Dr. Becca wants every patient to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their care. She believes the most effective approach is a collaborative one, where patients are empowered to work toward goals that are meaningful to them. Whether that means deadlifting 300 pounds without pain, returning to pickleball, feeling more confident in their body, or experiencing a more comfortable pregnancy and birth, she is passionate about helping people move and live with greater confidence.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Becca enjoys hiking, tennis, pickleball, reading a good book, enjoying a cup of tea, and spending time at church. She also hosts Becca Babbles, a podcast where she explores health, fitness, nutrition, mindset, and new perspectives on living a healthier, more fulfilling life. Through both her clinical work and her podcast, she hopes to make health and wellness feel less overwhelming, more approachable, and ultimately more empowering.
