Dr. Nicole is a licensed physical therapist specializing in women’s health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from High Point University. She is also Dry Needling certified.
Nicole began her career in outpatient orthopedics, where she developed a strong foundation in treating movement dysfunction, pain, and performance across a wide range of populations. Through this work, she gained a deeper understanding of the integral role the pelvic floor plays in overall stability, and function, as well as how frequently women’s pelvic health concerns were under-addressed. This ultimately led her to pursue advanced training in women’s pelvic health.
Today, Nicole integrates orthopedic and pelvic health expertise to deliver a truly whole-body approach to care. Whether in the clinic or the gym, she focuses on improving strength, mobility, and movement quality while identifying and addressing underlying factors that may be limiting progress.
Her goal is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping clients not only recover, but build lasting strength, confidence, and resilience in their bodies. She is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as treating urinary dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and guiding women through perimenopause and menopause with individualized, evidence-based care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Anton, and their dog, Rocky, teaching group fitness classes, and exploring new restaurants around the area.
